-Its often easier to start out with what Values/Principles you do not agree
2. Create Systems/Routines for your Values/Principles because otherwise they are just words on paper
3. Have the confidence and humility to bring in people that know more than you about important topics and have them operate within the framework of your Values/Principles
4. Be A Bit Flexible and Have the humility to admit that what you don't know is far far greater than what you do know. Others may have insights and additions that help you related to your Vales/Principles
